This is for the MAY 2023  processing date. The finished product should be ready to pick up around the third week of May. This is the deposit only for the number of quarters of a live beef you choose. The remaining balance will be due when hanging weight is determined at the processing plant.You will also be responsible for the cost of the processing which will be paid directly to the processor when you pick up your meat. There is NO shipping, because you, the purchaser, must pick up your own beef from the local Oklahoma processing plant when it is ready.
