The beef prices indicated are DEPOSITS ONLY and are for the live animal. The balance will be due when hanging weight is determined. Please see The Process page for more details. You are responsible for paying the processing fees at the time YOU pick up your beef from the processor.
For simplicity in our inventory tracking, all the beeves have been categorized as quarters. If you want more than 1/4 of a beef, you would simply set the quantity to the correct number on the order page.
For 1/4 Beef, the quantity would be 1
For 1/2 Beef, the quantity would be 2
For 3/4 Beef, the quantity would be 3
For 1 whole Beef, the quantity would be 4
And you could keep doing the math if you want more than a whole beef
GROUND BEEF
Our farm fresh, all natural beef is now available as ground beef but he pound. Our ground beef is available in one or two pound packages, which you can mix and match for your order. Our beef is ground as an 85/15 to an 80/20 mix, and ran through a device that gives a high quality end product.

Our patties are made from the same all natural beef as the other products we offer. They come in packages of 4 patties, and are vacuum sealed.
