This is for ground beef only.
 
It will be AMAZING hamburger. We shoot for an 85/15  to 80/20 lean to fat ratio. As always, there are no antibiotics, steroids, or growth hormones used on our beef. We are selling this beef by the 1/8th to make it easy for those who want quality beef without having to commit to a large purchase.
 
We estimate there to be around 50 lbs of ground beef per 1/8th. The actual weight will vary according to the rail weight of the carcass. The total cost of the boxed meat (what you will take home) will be around $5.27 /pound.  For example, 50 pounds of packaged meat would be around $263. 
 
If you aren't wantiing quite that much burger, we are now licensed to sell you burger by the pound. You can just call us and tell us what you want and we will have it ready for you to pick up.
 
The best part is you will be getting quality farm raised all natural ground beef, that is grass fed and grain finished right on the farm. Our beef are never taken to a feed lot.
